Mr. Dang Hoang An, Energy alumnus
specializing in Electrical System Management (1997) the has been appointed Vice Minister of Industry and Trade (MOIT), Viet Nam. Mr. Dang also has a Masters in Business Administration from AIT in 2004. He has worked many years at various positions in the power sector from Deputy Director of national power system dispatching center (A0) to General Director of EVN.
